It is absolute animal abuse. How can you allow these conditions? NEVER have I seen such disgusting, inhumane care of an animal so public. I can’t even begin to describe the despicable cruelty put onto these animals. Do NOT purchase from this “pet shop” for the sake of the remaining animals. Dead hamsters, rats; remains of hamster babies. Atrocious how this place is still open. PLEASE REPORT!!
I see photos and reviews from a few months ago raving about this place, I'm assuming it just went downhill since then. Conditions are deplorable, the crawfish tank is filled with no less than 20 dead fish floating on the surface, most of the animals look depressed or stressed like zoochosis has set in. More than half of the fish tanks are empty and they offer little actual pet items beyond bedding, substrate and decorations. Not a single live plant to be found even inside the fish tanks. Very few small shops are worse than petco at fish and birdkeeping, but this is one of them
As a regular at this pet shop, I’m always impressed by their selection of bioactive materials for reptile tanks. I recently purchased bearded dragons and crested geckos, and the staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about their care. They even built me a bioactive tank, which was amazing. The store is always clean and well-organized, and they always have exotic lizards available. I highly recommend this pet shop for anyone looking to set up a bioactive tank or add new reptiles to their family!
