Always depressing coming in here - there's animals in small spaces, rare exotic animals with nothing to play with and sometimes with lamps too hot on. Or if not that, none at all. they don't care about the animals or their customers don't understand why they have a high rating

The gentleman who helped me was very kind and answered my questions patiently. This store has a huge variety of birds and everything related to their care. Very good prices.

Very nice people and environment all animals and reptiles are well taken care of and healthy looking went with my wife and son to get him his first pet. Overall everything was fantastic my son picked out his first half moon beta fish so far its good and very happy. Good job on taking care of your animals.

They don’t treat the animals here well. Over crowded with like 20 birds stuffed into a small cage. The reptiles heat lamps are not at proper temp. It’s sad. Place honestly needs to get shut down and those animals need to be rescued

I was there for a fish bowl and ran into this cruelty. They stack up the fishes and starve them. The poor things are skinny. I didnt buy anything. I came out sad and disappointed. They also had a huge parrot in a glass cage with very little ventilation access and there was no fan in there. They also had a tucan exotic bird very friendly..well they all look so skinny( they were feeding a tucan dog food!? Animal services should be down here. These people Dont care about the well being of these beautiful beings. They starve them.💔

This place is inhumane and should be shut down for overcrowding cages. It makes the birds depressed and that’s just plain evil. The birds dont even look in good condition. Get a real job and stop making money from vulnerable creatures👎🏻 I’d be ashamed if I was a worker or the owner there

This place is terrible •Animals come in horrible condition • Workers are EXTREMELY rude • They overprice like crazy • They sometimes have no idea what animals they are selling Don’t shop here I’m definitely not going back

They're always so nice and kind here they have lots of patience they have a lots of birds that need homes and on the weekends they help different types of pets getting their vaccines I highly recommend going there and buying a pet to take.
