Funbox Arcadia

We had our daughter’s birthday party at Funbox Arcadia and had a wonderful experience overall! The staff was very friendly and helpful . Our host , I think her name is Kristy, help us to set up and was always checking in to see if we needed anything. This place provided a red cart to transport our party supplies, which was very thoughtful. We also loved that the party area already felt festive and fun, so we didn’t need to bring many decorations or balloons. The entire facility was very clean and well organized. There were also a few pleasant surprises that made the day extra special. The mascot came by to take photos with our birthday girl and our family, and we received a beautiful acrylic photo keepsake with both pictures. My girl also loved the little goodie bag that mascot gave to her. The kids had an amazing time and didn’t want to leave. I also like that there is a mini fridge in our party room so we could keep our popsicles frozen until the end of the party. Another thing I would like to mention, is this place didn’t feel overly crowded or too noisy, even though it was a Saturday afternoon (maybe we were lucky that day) If I had a couple of things to add on, I would love to have a little more setup time for us before the party starts, since we’re only allowed to arrive 15 minutes early. We also wished the mascot could have stayed just a little longer (until we finish the birthday song) Overall, we’re very happy we chose Funbox Arcadia for our daughter’s birthday celebration. The staff for my nephews bday in room 1 were great! They are all young staff but took over very professionally ! I would highly recommend the party rooms for the kids . When it comes to singing happy bday they bring over the company mascot and it’s so cute . I went in the jump inside the jumpers and there is staff looking over making sure kids or anyone doesn’t get hurt and one cleaning with a vacuum all the time . Thank you for such a wonderful experience the restrooms were very neat too . This is always a plus ! Good luck to this business

I had such a great experience at Fun Box! From the moment I walked in, everything was fun, clean, and well organized. The atmosphere is super exciting and perfect for kids and adults—definitely a great place to enjoy and make memories. A special shoutout to Emiliana—she was incredibly helpful, professional, and had such a positive attitude. She made the whole experience even better by being attentive and making sure everything went smoothly. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for something fun to do. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The whole place has a really energetic vibe and is great for families or groups just looking to have fun and be active. They have vending machines for snacks and drinks, and the cotton candy machine was really cool; you can pick a design and watch it get made. I bought tokens for the arcade games, but the arcade games are actually free and the tokens are only for the claw machines. Aaron took the time to clearly explain everything to us and made sure we understood what happened with the tokens. We originally thought the machines were taking our money or broken. We appreciated that Aaron retuned the coins we lost in the arcade games. Brian assisted us when one of the coins got stuck in a claw machine and fixed it quickly. Both of them were patient, friendly, and really made the experience better!

Great fun environment for family and all ages, very creative jumper soo cute but also has the coolness factor with neon night light on Saturday the staff is great and they monitor inside the jumper to make sure kids are not getting hurt at the same the jumper slides and activities are made for athletic kids too and interactive there’s different sections and games like basketball hoops or ninja style challenges, parents will come with kids or kids can play in their own too it’s great. My 13 year old won’t go so maybe targeting the 3-12 year olds but toddlers were in there and having fun it’s really great and free video games on the outside plus sitting area for parents. At the Arcadia mall they let you bring food from the food court which is conveniently next to Funbox

This is a dream come true for kids ages 2-99. Such a great atmosphere to come and release much energy needed. For a limited time during the Christmas season you can bring your little ones on a $20 toy for the toy drive they have for an admission of 90 minutes. Such a great deal if you ask me. The staff was amazing and very professional. Shout out to Ahmir and David for Manning the front and answering my questions very professional. And for the 2 staff members keeping an eye on all the little ones they were on it and making sure everyone was having fun and staying safe, Thank you Rae and Deshawn that takes so much patience. Overall my family had a blast and I am coming back for their Friday and Saturday special Glow Zone. Thank you FunBox and Staff.

Attended a party at fun box and they did not disappoint! Breanna and Gabriel were wonderful all the staff was during our visit. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. The parents of the birthday boy even got a beautiful keep sake photo of the kid. Lots of jumping place are loud And overwhelming this location was fantastic

What an amazing place. First time here! My nephew had a wonderful time. Clean and reasonably priced. We were helped by Eric and Aaron. Eric did a great job helping me sign the waiver and had patience with us. Aaron was kind and also patient with my group. He provided clear and important instructions. Recommend this place!!!!
