I came to get my lives scan done for IHSS. I got in and out less then 10 minutes. No waiting at all. I like it it was easy. I give it a 10 out of 10.

Second time every writing a review. Horrible service. Try to get something notarized. The older gentlemen is arrogant and condescending. He speaks over you and wont let you get a word in. I had pre-filled a section that I wasn't suppose to but because he would not let me say anything, I would have told him that my work sent me two copies just in case. This place will never receive my business. Went straight to another notary. They seen what I did and seen the unsigned second copy and we used that copy to be notarized. To the gentlemen that works or run this establishment: listen to what the customer has to say before you start saying "I know what I'm doing"! If you don't want to do this for a living anymore please retire or find something that makes you happy please.

There should be a rating worse than 1 star, the fact that I had to go out of my natural element, to sit down and write a review speaks volumes in itself. I'm not going to bore you guys with the details, just do yourself a favor and take your business and money else where, UPS does it for cheaper and they are faster.

Horrible experience getting my fingerprints done here. I went in with my live scan form that had two boxes checked off for two sets of fingerprints and only one got sent in. When I went back in to ask why they only got one he said that it was because of the ORI number that it had there and that it indicated that only one set was requested when on my form there were two sets requested. I asked him for options and he said that there weren't any options and that he had done his job. When I asked him if there was a possibility of him making a mistake he got really defensive and was very unprofessional. I went to another agency to get my fingerprints done and they in fact told me that he did not request the second set of fingerprints that could've been requested manually on the computer. Also told me that he should've redone them right and with no charge.

I'd asked me to fax my legal documents and sign the proof of service. An he said he would. But after faxing my documents, he refused to sign the proof of service. I would advise anyone to take their Live Scan, Notary or other services elsewhere...

I've used this company a few times and love their business. I would recommend them to anyone. Great service
